Kathmandu: The Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Nepal, Park Tae-young, met with Nepali Finance Minister Rameshore Prasad Khanal on November 3.
According to the South Korean Embassy, the two sides exchanged views on various issues, including bilateral relations, development cooperation, and economic partnership. They also discussed ways to further enhance cooperation between the two countries.
Ambassador Park highlighted that development cooperation remains a key pillar of Korea-Nepal relations, noting that this year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the KOICA Nepal Office. He expressed appreciation to the Ministry of Finance for its effective coordination and continued support in advancing development cooperation.
Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining close consultations to further deepen and expand the friendly ties between the two nations.
