Kathmandu: National Aquaculture Development Authority of Sri Lanka welcomed Amb. Dr. Sarmila Parajuli Dhakal, President of the International Relations and Global Diplomacy Dialogue (IRGDD), President of the Ambassadors Club, and former Ambassador of Nepal to the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Spain, at its office on July 13.
During the visit to the office, Mr. Kithsiri Dharmapriya, Chairman of NAQDA, held a cordial discussion with Dr. Parajuli on opportunities to strengthen cooperation in the development of the aquaculture sector. The meeting focused on enhancing Nepal–Sri Lanka relations through economic diplomacy, knowledge exchange, institutional partnerships, and collaboration in sustainable aquaculture development.
The visit reflects IRGDD’s vision of “Development through Diplomacy,” promoting stronger partnerships among government institutions to advance sustainable development and regional cooperation, National Aquaculture Development Authority of Sri Lanka said.
