Kathmandu: Nepal actively participated in the 60th session of the UN Human Rights Council (HRC60) held from 8 September to 8 October 2025, which concluded in Geneva on Wednesday.
Ambassador Ram Prasad Subedi, Permanent Representative of Nepal in Geneva led the meeting on the behalf of Nepal.
During the session, the Council adopted 35 resolutions and 14 Universal Periodic Review (UPR) outcome reports, held five panel discussions and 41 interactive dialogues, and appointed one mandate holder.
