Kathmandu: Nepal and Guinea-Bissau formally established diplomatic relations on September 2.
A Joint Communique to this effect was signed at a brief ceremony held this morning at the Permanent Mission of Nepal.
With this, Nepal now has diplomatic relations with 184 countries, expanding diplomatic engagement with the international community.
