Kathmandu: The Consul General of Nepal in New York, Dadhiram Bhandari, met with the Consul General of the Philippines in New York, Senen T. Mangalile, on January 16.
During the meeting, the two diplomats exchanged views on serving and leveraging their respective diasporas, engaging effectively with state authorities, and working closely within the Society of Foreign Consuls in New York (SoFCNY) to advance matters of common interest. Moreover, Consul General Mangalile shared the Philippines’ experiences and practices related to diaspora voting.
