Kathmandu: Minister for Foreign Affairs Shisir Khanal held a meeting on April 10 with D. N. Dhungyel, Minister for Foreign Affairs and External Trade of Bhutan, on the margins of the 9th Indian Ocean Conference in Port Louis, Mauritius.
During the meeting, both sides reaffirmed the close and friendly relations between Nepal and Bhutan, and agreed to broaden bilateral cooperation in key areas of mutual interest. The ministers also discussed ways to enhance collaboration and strengthen engagement across sectors to further deepen ties between the two countries.
