Kathmandu: Consul General of Nepal in New York, Dadhiram Bhandari, held a virtual introductory meeting with Sarahana Shrestha, Assembly Member of New York State Assembly District 103.
During the meeting, the Consul General congratulated Shrestha on becoming the first Nepali American to serve in the New York State Assembly.
They exchanged views on strengthening Nepal–United States relations and enhancing cooperation to promote the welfare of the Nepali diaspora in New York.
