Nepal Embassy in Denmark Hosts Tourism Promotion Dialogue

Kathmandu: The Embassy of Nepal in Copenhagen organized a Nepal Tourism Promotion Dialogue with Danish tourism professionals on August 25, 2025, at Maiya’s Kitchen, Copenhagen.

The event, hosted by the Ambassador of Nepal to Denmark, Sumnima Tuladhar, highlighted Nepal’s diverse tourism opportunities, from the majestic Himalayas to its rich cultural heritage, vibrant festivals, and warm hospitality.

During the dialogue, Danish tour operators and travel agencies shared valuable insights on promoting Nepal as a premier travel destination. Discussions focused on advancing climate-sensitive and sustainable tourism practices, strengthening infrastructure, and developing more compelling ways to share Nepal’s story with the Nordic and Baltic region.

Ambassador Tuladhar expressed gratitude to the participants for their enthusiasm and commitment to Nepal, adding that stronger partnerships and collaborations would play a key role in unlocking Nepal’s full tourism potential.
