Kathmandu: The Embassy of Nepal in Brasilia took part in the Pre-COP30 meeting held in the Brazilian capital.
Speaking on behalf of the 44 Least Developed Countries (LDCs), Ambassador Nirmal Raj Kafle said that COP30 will not be “just another COP,” but a moment of delivery.
He emphasized that success at COP30 would mean restoring trust, strengthening multilateralism, and aligning global action with the 1.5°C goal.
