Nepal, Republic of Korea Discuss Enhanced Cooperation in Labour and Skills Development

Kathmandu: Dr. Krishna Hari Pushkar, Secretary at the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security, held a meeting with a high-level government delegation from the Republic of Korea (RoK), comprising officials from the Ministry of Employment and Labor and HRD Korea.

Discussions focused on strengthening bilateral cooperation, enhancing skills for Nepal’s workforce, and promoting shared prosperity. Dr. Pushkar expressed gratitude to the Government of Korea for its continued support, particularly in the plan to establish four new technical laboratories at the Ministry’s National Vocational Training (NAVT) institute.
