Kathmandu: Honorable Foreign Minister, Shisir Khanal and H.E.Maxim Ryzhenkov, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, signed the agreement between the Government of Nepal and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on Visa Exemption for Holders of Diplomatic, Official and Service Passports, on behalf of their respective governments on the margins of UNGA 81.
In a cordial meeting held prior to the signing ceremony, both the Foreign Ministers discussed a wide range of issues of mutual interest and reaffirmed the commitment to further strengthening friendly bilateral relations and cooperation including in labour, education, trade, investment and people-to-people relations, Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.
