Kathmandu: Nepal Tourism Board welcomed the newly appointed private sector members of its Executive Committee – Santosh Pokharel, Shreejana KC, Sahadev Dhamala, Pemba Sherpa, and Dr. Shovita Shrestha Dhakal.
Mr. Hikmat Singh Ayer, Officiating CEO, briefed the members on NTB’s mandate, achievements, priorities, and preparations for Nepal Wellness Year 2027.
The newly appointed Board Members collectively emphasized stronger public-private collaboration, technology and innovation, research-driven policymaking, sustainable tourism, good governance, quality enhancement, effective resource mobilization, and the continuation of NTB’s priority programmes to strengthen Nepal’s tourism sector.
