Kathmandu: Chargé d’Affaires a.i. Bipin Duwadi of the Embassy of Nepal in London, along with representatives of British Gurkha veterans, held a meeting with Louise Sandher-Jones, UK Minister for Veterans and People, at the UK Ministry of Defence.
During the meeting, the participants discussed ongoing issues concerning Gurkha veterans. The Nepali side appreciated the efforts made by the Minister so far and expressed optimism that continued engagement would help reach a mutually acceptable solution at an early date.
