PM Oli Meets Indian Counterpart Modi in Tianjin During SCO Summit

Kathmandu: Prime Minister K.P. Sharma Oli met with his Indian counterpart, Narendra Modi, in Tianjin, China. The two leaders are attending the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Summit.

Prime Minister Modi, in a social media post, expressed his delight at the meeting, saying that India’s relations with Nepal are “deep-rooted and very special.”

“Delighted to meet Nepal PM Mr. KP Oli in Tianjin. India’s relations with Nepal are deep-rooted and very special,” the Indian PM wrote on his social media.

Prime Minister Oli’s participation in the SCO Summit highlights Nepal’s commitment to regional cooperation, with the meeting with PM Modi reaffirming the importance of bilateral partnership between the two neighbors.
