Kathmandu: Dr. Sarmila Parajuli Dhakal, President of the Ambassadors Club Nepal and former Ambassador of Nepal to Spain and Oman, was received by Maeda Toru, Ambassador of Japan to Nepal, at his office on March 11.
During the meeting, both sides held a warm and constructive discussion on further enhancing Nepal–Japan bilateral relations, with particular emphasis on strengthening people-to-people connections, economic cooperation, and diplomatic engagement between the two countries.
The meeting also acknowledged the important role of dialogue platforms such as the Ambassadors Club Nepal in fostering deeper cooperation and mutual understanding between Nepal and Japan.
Moreover, President Dr. Sarmila also handed over The Diplomat Nepal magazine to Japanese Ambassador Maeda at the meeting.
