President Paudel Off to Doha to Participate in the 2nd World Summit for Social Development

Kathmandu: President of Nepal, Ramchandra Paudel, has left the country to participate in the Second World Summit for Social Development, which will be held in Doha, Qatar from November 4 to 5, 2025.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the President will attend the Summit at the invitation of Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar. During the event, President Paudel will address the Plenary Meetings and the High-Level Roundtable on November 4.

During his stay, President Paudel is scheduled to meet with the Amir of Qatar and hold meetings with several world leaders attending the Summit.

The President was accompanied by his spouse, Sabita Paudel, Kiran Kumar Pokharel, Press Advisor to the President, Dr. Dipak Kaphle, Secretary at the Office of the President, and other senior officials of the Government of Nepal. The delegation is set to return to Kathmandu on November 6.
