Kathmandu: Mikhail Mishustin, Prime Minister of Russia, sent a congratulatory message to the newly appointed Prime Minister of Nepal Balendra Shah.
Mishustin said he looks forward to close and constructive cooperation with the Government of Nepal headed by Balendra Shah, aimed at further developing bilateral relations in the spirit of friendship, mutual respect, and consideration of each other’s interests.
