Kathmandu: Lawrence Wong, Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of Singapore, has congratulated the Prime Minister of Nepal, Balendra Shah.
In his message, he conveyed that Shah as Prime Minister of Nepal and his decisive victory in the House of Representatives Elections in March. He also said that the strong mandate that Shah and his party had received from the people of Nepal reflects their confidence in his leadership.
Wong also stated that Singapore and Nepal share a warm and friendly relationship underpinned by close people-to-people ties and good cooperation at multilateral fora, and that he looks forward to working with Shah to further deepen the warm ties between the two countries.
