Kathmandu: Sergey Lavrov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia, sent a congratulatory message to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Nepal, Shisir Khanal, on his recent appointment.
Lavrov emphasized the traditionally friendly spirit of Russia and Nepal relations, reaffirmed his commitment to the joint efforts to further strengthen bilateral cooperation for the benefit of the peoples of the two countries and wished Khanal good health and every success.
