Kathmandu: Jacqueline Mukangira, non-resident Ambassador of the Republic of Rwanda to Nepal, paid a courtesy call on Foreign Secretary Amrit Bahadur Rai at his office on July 11.
During the meeting, they discussed various matters related to Nepal-Rwanda bilateral relations.
