Kathmandu: Sri Lankan Ambassador to Nepal, Ruwanthi Delpitiya, met with a delegation from the Nepal Sri Lanka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NSCCI) on December 5 at the Sri Lankan Embassy in Kathmandu. The delegation was led by NSCCI President Vijay Shrestha.
The meeting focused on enhancing bilateral trade, promoting two-way tourism and exploring new opportunities for economic cooperation between the two countries. During the session, Commercial Officer Bibek Wosti presented details about Sri Lanka Expo 2026, highlighting its potential for business engagement.
Both sides discussed ways to strengthen trade ties, expand tourism collaboration and explore participation in upcoming trade initiatives, including the Sri Lanka Expo 2026.
