Kathmandu: Chameera Munasinghe, Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of the Embassy of Sri Lanka in Kathmandu, held a cordial discussion with Dr. Gopal Krishna Siwakoti on September 24, 2025.
Dr. Siwakoti is President of International Institute for Human Rights, Environment and Development (INHURED International), and Special Consultative Status, UN-ECOSOC. He is also in a high-profile leadership position of the Asia Pacific Refugee Rights Network (APRRN).
Their talks covered a wide range of issues, including climate, art, culture, elections, migration, and other areas of mutual interest. The meeting served as an opportunity to exchange views and strengthen dialogue.
