Kathmandu: Vijitha Herath, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Sri Lanka, extended his warmest congratulations to Shisir Khanal on his appointment as Minister for Foreign Affairs of Nepal.
Herath said that he looks forward to working closely with Khanal to further deepen the longstanding and historic relations between Sri Lanka and Nepal.
