Team Nepal Secures Triple Podium in ARE GP Grand Finale 2026 in India

Kathmandu: Nepali riders competing at the prestigious Madras International Circuit (MIC) from April 2 – 5, defied the odds by securing triple podiums at the Apache Racing Experience (ARE) GP Grand Finale 2026. This victory proved their mettle against top international talent.

The 2026 ARE GP Grand Finale coincided with the 20th anniversary of the TVS Apache series. By expanding the program internationally to Nepal, TVS Motor Company and Jagdamba Motors have provided a vital bridge for local enthusiasts to transition from street riding to professional championship environments.

The victory marks the first major international success for Nepal under the TVS ARE GP banner, a platform designed by TVS Racing to nurture grassroots talent across the globe.

The three riders chosen to represent the nation are Deelip Danuwar, secured 1st place in the premier 310cc Category, Abhinav Raj Malla, secured 1st place in the highly competitive 200cc Category, and Sujan Thapa Magar, secured 2nd place in the 160cc Category.

This achievement underscored the raw talent present within the Nepalese youth and the success of structured programs like the ARE GP in professionalizing the sport. The winners of this championship are set to receive rewards including entry into the TVS India One Make Championship (OMC) and exclusive tours of the TVS factory, further cementing the path for Nepal’s next generation of “Legends of the Track.”
