Kathmandu: Christophe Bahuet, UN Representative from Philippines, hosted a delegation from Nepal on National Carbon Registries and Climate Budget Tagging.
They had a fruitful and timely exchange as the Philippines moves forward on its own carbon registry. He said that facilitating mutual learning with other countries is a key part of the UNDP Philippines role.
