Kathmandu: The US Embassy, in partnership with Aadyanta Advisory and Amcham Nepal, successfully completed the Scaling Innovation Dialogue Series under the Seeding and Scaling Innovation project. This initiative strengthens startups, supports Nepal’s growing tech sector, and expands commercial ties between the United States and Nepal.
The four-part series connected Nepali entrepreneurs with mentorship, expert networks, and learning opportunities from American companies to accelerate Nepal’s innovation-driven economy. With a focus on coaching, AI learning, investor engagement, 20 promising ventures grew from early ideas into scalable, investment-ready businesses.
Mike Harker, Public Affairs Chief at the Embassy, highlighted the importance of collaboration in expanding capital pathways and creating global opportunities for Nepali entrepreneurs. A stronger Nepali tech sector means more jobs in Nepal and trade, partnerships, and opportunities for American businesses across the region. The future of Nepal’s digital economy is being built now, and the United States is committed to growing alongside it.
