Kathmandu: Admiral Samuel Paparo, Commander of the United States Indo-Pacific Command, is scheduled to arrive in Nepal on February 12, 2026, for a three-day official visit.
According to the pre-scheduled programme, Admiral Paparo will arrive by special aircraft and remain in Nepal until February 14.
During his stay, he is set to pay a formal visit to the Nepal Army’s Birendra Peacekeeping Training Center in Panchkhal. The visit is expected to further strengthen bilateral relations between Nepal and the United States.
Officials believe the high-level engagement will contribute to enhanced cooperation in areas such as humanitarian assistance, disaster management, and international peacekeeping operations.
