Vietnamese Vice President Visits Patan Durbar Square

Kathmandu: Vice President of Vietnam, Vo Thi Anh Xuan, who is on a three-day official visit to Nepal, visited the historic Patan Durbar Square on August 25, 2025.

On the occasion, Mayor of Lalitpur Metropolitan City Chiri Babu Maharjan welcomed the visiting dignitary and presented her with a souvenir as a token of friendship.

Earlier in the day, Vice President Xuan paid a courtesy call on President Ramchandra Poudel at his office in Sheetal Niwas, where they discussed Nepal-Vietnam bilateral relations and cooperation.

Xuan is in Nepal at the invitation of Vice President Ram Sahai Prasad Yadav on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
