Dr Ram Chandra Bhusal
The writer serves as President of the JICA Alumni Association of Nepal (JAAN) and the JICA Alumni Associations’ Forum of SAARC Countries (JAAFSC) as well as Team Leader/Agricultural Expert in the Agriculture Promotion Project in Nepal (APPIN). He holds a PhD in Agriculture from Ehime University, Japan.
