Kathmandu: H.E. Ghanashyam Bhandari, Ambassador of Nepal to Bangladesh, called on the Minister for Environment, Forest and Climate Change of Bangladesh, Abdul Awal Mintoo, on September 6.
During the meeting, the Minister conveyed his condolences to the Ambassador on the tragic loss of lives and properties caused by the devastating flash floods on 26 August 2026 in Nepal.
They discussed various aspects of Nepal-Bangladesh relations, with particular focus on wildlife protection, environmental conservation, and climate change.
