Kathmandu: H.E. Lok Bahadur Thapa, participated in the 9th High-Level Local and Regional Governments Forum. He stressed that, “The next phase of SDG implementation must be defined by delivery – moving from commitments to measurable action, strengthening partnerships across all levels of government, and ensuring solutions reach the communities where they are needed most.”
He further emphasized, “The success of the 2030Agenda will ultimately be measured not by the ambitions we express, but by the realities people experience in their daily lives. That is why local leadership is indispensable.”
