Kathmandu: Hiroyuki Watanabe, Chairperson of AEON1% Club Foundation to Japan, paid tribute to those who lost their lives due to the devastating floods and landslides that occurred in Rasuwa on August 26. He visited the Embassy of Nepal and pledged to provide assistance of USD 50,000 to contribute to relief and development of Nepal.
Similarly, the Japan Association for the Employment of Foreign Nationals (JAEFN) sent a support of 1 million Japanese Yen and the Japan-Nepal Development Forum sent 1 million yen.
The Embassy expressed their heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to the AEON1% Club Foundation Chairperson Watanabe, JAEFN, and Japan-Nepal Development Forum on behalf of the Government and the People of Nepal.
