Kathmandu: Sewa Lamsal, Ambassador of Nepal to the BENELUX countries and Head of Mission to the European Union, formally presented her Letters of Credence to King Willem-Alexander of the Kingdom of the Netherlands on October 29.
The ceremony, held at the Noordeinde Palace in The Hague, marked the official commencement of Ambassador Lamsal’s diplomatic assignment in the Netherlands. The event took place with full diplomatic protocols and ceremonial honors.
The presentation began with drum rolls, followed by the national anthem of Nepal and an inspection of the guard of honour. Following the formal proceedings, Ambassador Lamsal was granted a private audience with His Majesty The King.
