Kathmandu: At IOM’s 38th Standing Committee on Programmes and Finance on June 24, Ambassador Ram Prasad Subedi called for safe and dignified labour migration through ethical recruitment, skills recognition, and diaspora mobilization.
Similarly, speaking at the high-level launch of the IOM 2025 Report on flexible funding, Ambassador Subedi highlighted Nepal’s experience in labour migration, its efforts to promote ethical recruitment, and its contribution to UN migration’s resilience campaign.
