Kathmandu: Ram Prasad Subedi, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Nepal, received Dimitar Nedyalkov, Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications of Bulgaria, at the Mission in Geneva on April 21.
They discussed multilateral cooperation on digital connectivity and inclusion.
