Kathmandu: The Ambassador of Nepal to the United Nations in New York, Lok Bahadur Thapa, held a meeting with Selwin Charles Hart, Assistant Secretary-General and Special Adviser to the UN Secretary-General of the Climate Action Team.
During the meeting, they exchanged views on the high-level event on climate action, Nepal & Least Developed Countries (LDCs) climate priorities, i.e., Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs), climate finance, adaptation, the loss & damage fund, and mitigating GLOF & protecting lives & livelihoods.
