Kathmandu: Simon Ernst, Ambassador of Australia to Nepal, congratulated the 2025 cohort of TAFE NSW Certificate III in Commercial Cookery graduates from Global Academy of Tourism and Hospitality Education (GATE).
The Australian Embassy stated they are equipped with this internationally recognised Australian qualification, these most recent graduates add to the pool of skilled personnel required for the growth of Nepal’s tourism and hospitality sector. Whether working in Nepal or abroad, this qualification will hold graduates in good stead.
This partnership between Australian and Nepali education institutions to train Nepali youth is another great example of our multi-faceted bilateral education links.
