Kathmandu: In Lumbini, H.E. Simon Ernst, Ambassador of Australia to Nepal, had a productive discussion with Backward Society Education (BASE) Nepal. Their discussion focused on strengthening multi-stakeholder dialogue and provincial policy networks in Lumbini.
These platforms bring together government, civil society, and communities to support evidence-based policymaking, improve service delivery, and amplify marginalized voices.
In partnership with the Australian Government’s Nepal Subnational Governance Program (SNGP), these efforts are advancing more inclusive and participatory governance.
