Kathmandu: Indramani Pandey, Secretary General of BIMSTEC, congratulated Rabi Lamichhane, chairman of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), and Balendra Shah, Senior Leader of RSP, on their success in the recent elections.
Recently, the RSP has won a landslide victory in the House of Representatives election.
