Kathmandu: Surendra Thapa, Charge d’Affairs of Nepali Embassy in New Delhi, attended International Leadership Summit (ILS) 2026 which was organized by South Asian University and graced by Nitin Gadkari, Minister of Road Transport and Highways of India.
