Kathmandu: China has congratulated Sushila Karki on her appointment as the Prime Minister of Nepal’s Interim Government.
In remarks from a spokesperson of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, it was stated that China and Nepal share a longstanding friendship and that China respects the development path independently chosen by the people of Nepal.
The spokesperson added that China is ready to work with Nepal to uphold the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence, strengthen cooperation across various fields, and further advance bilateral relations.
