Kathmandu: A two-day Climate Negotiation Training was organized to strengthen the skills, knowledge, and preparedness of Nepal’s inclusive climate negotiation team ahead of COP30.
The training aimed to enhance participants’ capacity to effectively represent Nepal’s national priorities and perspectives in international climate discussions.
It was jointly organized by the Water and Energy Commission Secretariat and the Climate Change Management Division under the Ministry of Forests and Environment, in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the International Water Management Institute (IWMI), and the Prakriti Resource Centre (PRC).
