Kathmandu: The Consulate General of India in Birgunj (Nepal) organized the 12th International Day of Yoga celebrations at the iconic Shankaracharya Gate—a monument symbolizing the deep rooted cultural & spiritual ties between India and Nepal.
Embracing this year’s theme, “Yoga for Healthy Ageing”, Chief Guest Hon. Chief Minister of Madhesh Pradesh, Krishna Yadav, distinguished Ministers, Hon. Shankar Prasad Chaudhary & Hon. Shyam Patel, the Chief District Officer Parsa, and SPs joined hundreds to champion lifelong wellness.
Large number of people from all walks of life came together and united at the iconic landmark on India -Nepal border to celebrate health, harmony, and holistic well-being.
