Kathmandu: FinnoFest 2026, Nepal’s first-ever Finland-dedicated thematic event, hosted alongside the JunctionX Kathmandu Hackathon, started on May 29. The three-day event, to be concluded on May 31, brings together Finnish and Nepali innovators, institutions and initiatives to celebrate and strengthen collaboration across education, employment, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
Participants comprise students and experts from various fields. The event has been hosted in collaboration with Embassy of Finland in Kathmandu under Team Finland.
