Kathmandu: President of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI), Chandra Prasad Dhakal, held discussions with Under-Secretary of the UAE Ministry of Economy, Abdulla Ahmed Al Saleh, on strengthening Nepal–UAE bilateral relations and expanding trade and investment cooperation.
The meeting was held in the presence of Nepal’s Ambassador to the UAE, Tej Bahadur Chhetri. Discussions focused on potential cooperation in sectors such as hydropower, tourism, agro-processing, large-scale infrastructure and information technology.
Both sides expressed commitment to deepening collaboration and exploring new opportunities to enhance economic ties between Nepal and the United Arab Emirates.
