Kathmandu: Shisir Khanal, Minister for Foreign Affairs, addressed the 78th Anniversary programme of the Nepal Council of World Affairs (NCWA) on May 8.
Highlighting the legacy of the Council since 1948, Minister Khanal commended the role of NCWA in Nepal’s diplomatic evolution.
During the event, Minister Khanal also released the latest NCWA Journal, underscoring the importance of Track II diplomacy and the role of independent think tanks like NCWA in Nepal.
The ceremony was attended by the Chief Guest, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Dol Prasad Aryal, officials of the Government, academia and researchers.
