Kathmandu: Minister for Foreign Affairs, Shisir Khanal, received the Ambassador of Sri Lanka to Nepal, Ruwanthi Delpitiya, at the Ministry on April 23.
During the courtesy call on, discussions were held on further strengthening bilateral relations and cooperation across various sectors of mutual interest. The meeting reaffirmed the longstanding friendship between Sri Lanka and Nepal. Both sides highlighted the shared cultural affinities that underpin the relationship and emphasized the importance of continued engagement to promote economic growth, people-to-people connections, and closer ties between the two countries.
