Kathmandu: Honorable. Minister Shisir Khanal delivered the keynote address at the Fourth AIDIA Nepal distinguished Lecture Series on “ Economic Diplomacy for a Prosperous Nepal” in Kathmandu on October 2.
Foreign Minister Khanal underscored that foreign policy must serve as a proactive external instrument for domestic transformation, aimed at building a robust and self-reliant national economy.
Emphasising Nepal’s strategic location as its greatest natural asset, the Minister outlined a forward-looking vision to transform the country into a vibrant bridge through seamless connectivity, clean energy exports, digital innovation and sovereign capital partnerships.
Foreign Minister Khanal reiterated Nepal’s commitment to climate justice, called for deeper collaboration with the international community, and highlighted the importance of a unified approach to driving national prosperity.
