Kathmandu: The Minister for Foreign Affairs, Shisir Khanal, participated in a discussion on the Ministry’s policies and programmes convened by the International Relations and Tourism Committee of the House of Representatives on May 20.
The discussion focused on key foreign policy priorities of Nepal, promotion of national interest as well as the welfare of Nepali citizens abroad.
Responding to the observations made during the programme, Minister Khanal reaffirmed the government’s commitment to a principled foreign policy guided by national interest, and to further strengthening the diplomatic engagement and service delivery.
