Kathmandu: Hon. Minister for Foreign Affairs, Shisir Khanal, will be paying an official visit to the People’s Republic of China from June 14 to June 17. He was cordially invited by H.E. Wang Yi, Member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Minister of Foreign Affairs of China.
Minister Khanal will hold bilateral talks with his Chinese counterpart Minister Wang in Beijing and discuss matters of mutual interest for further strengthening Nepal-China relations and advancing deeper cooperation. The Minister will also meet with high-level dignitaries of China.
During the visit, Minister Khanal will participate in the Investment Conference organized by the Embassy of Nepal in Beijing to promote foreign investment in Nepal where he will hold an interaction with the Chinese business community.
He will also attend the welcome reception, to be hosted in his honour by the Embassy of Nepal, and interact with the Nepali Community.
The Minister will return to Kathmandu on June 17.
